i am ready for a tornado because i live in California, i am ready for a hurricane because i live in California, i am prepared for a flood because there is no river bed within a few miles of my house. and i am ready for an earthquake cause i love to rock n roll.

of all those things the only one you don't get warning for is an earthquake n honestly, just don't have glass over your head and you are fine.

I'd rather live though an earthquake then anything else any day

I am kind of prepared.

I live in a city where i am sure there wont be any hurricanes.

Floods we have every year so i know how to manage them. it is also that i stay on a hill top which means the water would never rise to that level.

I stalk my food supplies for every month so i could survive for a month without any external support. only worrying factor would be drinking water. can be managed as i can quench my thirst by using rain water.

so i am OK i can say that i am prepared for it.

I pray that it never happens.

I'm prepared for earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, avalanches and winter storms. I'm from Iceland and in some parts of the country it's necessary to know how to react in case of such disasters.

Yes, I live right on the TX coast, so I made myself a hurricane kit. It has a lot of useful things such as batteries, flashlights, cash, blankets, towels, a first aid kid...etc. Better safe than sorry.

I live in Michigan

We have no bad weather here!

No mudslides, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, not have not ever seen a funnel cloud....knock on wood.

Weather is pretty boring here.

yeah, i started somewhat being prepared for disasters when i lived in texass close to the gulf for 18 years. it just kind of became habit after that. i figure if everything gets blown away, it won't matter anyway.

I think we need a big disaster to shake up society and make us really help and care for each other.

If a natural disaster were to strike my area, i would have no choice but to rely on my own wits.

Soooo.....that means i would be completely unprepared.
