Go to your local post office and fill out a form for review by the postal inspectors.
This is a matter of federal law.

File a complaint with the local Post Office. They will in turn get the Postal Inspectors to contact you. Stealing mail is a federal offense.

If you know who is going it report it to the postal inspector in your area Please consult with a on line search to find this out or on-line yellow pages.. If not than get a dog and no one will get to your mail box if you keep the dog tied up in front of it and the dog is a vicious type
