so am i the only person that loves the rock music from back then?? i wasn't even alive back then and i love it!...its the best..share with me some of your favorite songs and bands? only the good cool pure rock ones though.

It must be a generation thing because I grew up in the 70's and 80's but love music from the 50's and 60's. Sorry I can't help you with the "cool pure rock". Most of the stuff I enjoy from that time is kinda techno and pop. But here's a bit of trivia for you....what was the first music video to ever appear on MTV? Give me the 10 points and I'll tell ya! that's a really broad area to ask for our favorites. but i'm glad to hear that you like that music era. rock bands that were great might be journey, kansas, elo, styx, queen just to name a few. the song list is too long. all excellent. good luck with your collection.
