i saw an article about a 3 month old fetus. during the ultrasound the docs saw that the baby had a health problem and would not live outside the womb.. so they cut her open to perform an operation ON the unborn, the little little hand came out and grabbed the doc's finger. he sewed them both up and both survived. life starts at conception. i'm a mother. i had life inside me that was NOT my own. it was pretty awesome. or was that not the meaning of your question? was this a death penalty thing?

Sounds like you're trying to get someone to do your homework. And I guess you suckered me in (I'm bored). Depending on your belief God or the big bang theory constitute life. Look up the word constitute.

I would say that which is born, and breathes. Yes, it reflects my actions, since I was born, I've been breathing.

Watch your words, they become your actions
Watch your actions, they become your habits
Watch your habits, they become your character
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny."--Anonymous
