I'm not sure about the Japanese version, but in the American version, the song playing during the Chun Li-Vega fight is "Ultra" by KMFDM.

Well, depends on which one you watched. If you speaking of the true Japanese one, then it was the song 'Cry' by Big Life?. I have the soundtrack, but I can't read Japanese and the only thing listed in English under track 3 is "Cry" by
I will try to figure it out if someone else doesn't.
If you are speaking of the US version, I don't know, it was probably Korn or something stupid.
