Don't say nothing at all to her unless you have to. You can say hi and bye but there really is no reason to pretend to like someone if they get on your nerves.

I like to play a little game with that person called, be the bigger man. It's where whatever I do, I'm kind and gracious, and the bigger man. Because I will not let some jerk make me look bad by making me look petty, or mean, or making me lose my temper. That would mean that they have won, and I will not let them win. Plus, if I'm the one that's reasonable I get to control the situation, which is also nice. And the more reasonable and nice I am, the more unreasonable and mean the other person looks, and they usually know it.
So smile, if she says something mean say, I'm sorry you think that, let everything just roll right off of you. And always stay reasonable.
It's maturity through spite, but whatever, fake it til you make it. Or at least, that's what I'm doing.

I think lots of people go through what you're experiencing. I work with a girl at that I absolutely can not tolerate because she is too bossy. (she's not the boss)
Anyway- We do talk, laugh, joke, and at times we do give eachother attitudes, but- I work with her so-- Either I ignore her or- "pretend" to like her...
We both know that deep down inside- we hate eachother... it's the matter of being civil on the outside.
