It's supposed to be PHENOMENAL. It's about this Super-Human Registration Act, where all the superheroes have to register their powers. Those who register are usually trained for some sort of law enforcement, but some oppose it b/c it violates their civil rights and war ensues...it's basically a poke at the government and how much control is too much, i.e. the Patriot Act...it's much cooler than I'm describing it, but my hubby has been talking about it nonstop and he rarely gets this excited about anything.

So far, it's been a good series. It's only about 1/4 of the way done though.
Basically, the government is trying to register all mutants and record their identities and powers. Obviously, there are some heroes who agree with this, and others who violently disagree. So far, people have started taking sides, but no real conflicts have been fought. It's really looking like it'll be worth reading.

It's about civil liberties and giving your freedom over to the government. There's a super-human registration act being passed by congress. The super hero community is split into those that are for and against it. The ones who are fighting it are now fugitives. Some heroes quit, some are moving to other countries and Spider-man revealed his identity at a press conference in support of the registration act.It is a good story, there's a lot going on and it carries over into a lot of books.
