What i mean is why is it socially unacceptable for a guy to stare at a nice looking girl and her body (in public)? why is a guy considered a pervert for doing something so natural? and everyone does it but tres to hide it

Yes, it is natural, and yes you should try to hide it to a degree. There is nothing wrong with looking at at a girl, but to stare, either by fixating on her face and attempting to stare directly in her eyes without responding to her reaction, or to fixate on a body part even when she sees you doing it, is aggressive and rude behaviour. My impression of a man who does this would be that he has no social skills and is probably a sex obsessed pervert. Why can't you just smile at a woman like a human being, jeez.

Its not that its unacceptable or unnatural. But you have to consider the womans feelings. You don't want to make someone feel uncomfortable just so you can check her out, do you?
