The Body Shop, sorry this is not Mary Kay or Avon. The Body Shop do not test on animals and they use community trade products. If you have not tried any then please do try some and see what you think.

I know that there are a lot of Avon and Mary Kay fans out there. I am not one of them. Avon's products tend to be perfumy and they do not endure long as far as wear and tear. Mary Kay has some good things, however their colors are not always on point and their foundation is really heavy to me.

I use a combination of Clinique, Perscriptives and Estee Lauder.

Mary Kay! BC they have a 100% product guarantee and it's the #1 makeup in the us! Also they don't do any animal testing! Mary Kay's motto is enriching women's lives! Now that says a lot about the company! Mary Kay also donates money to several cancer organizations and women who are abused!

especially since you have very dark skin, you need a brand that is made especially for ethnic skin. for cheap, drug store brand: Milani. for a better quality but more expensive: Mac. while mac isn't for ethnic skin, it is highly pigmented, so the colors show up "truer" and bolder.

be careful with mary kay. my dermatologist said that it is one of the worst brands for your skin.

Neither, it would definitely be Nars and M.A.C., I've used both for years and I've never had a single complaint about any of their products.
