Sorry, Darlin', he probably did not get past the board. You can find out more about the ins and outs of corrections by visiting the appropriate state forum at http://www.prisontalk.com

Fighting in prison may indicate he has been denied parole since he was moved into maximum security. They probably feel that he is dangerous. Driving while intoxicated is a serious offense since it endangers the lives of drivers, including himself, and pedestrians, alike. I am sorry that so many innocent and deserving females seem to end up with men who are trouble makers and/or uncaring for their spouses. How can he provide for you when he is spending all of his time in jail? You could ask the prison officials if your husband has been denied parole, get an official answer and find out if he is getting detox and psychiatric evaluation, However, it seems that you deserve better treatment than he is giving you as his wife.

It can mean alot of different things. The best thing you can do is to ask the prison officials.

He did not keep his nose clean and got in a fight! He will probably be denied parole.
