Never.
The entire goal in life is to better yourself. To better yourself, you must learn. Obviously, you would ask questions to things you don't know. The fact that you DON'T want to ask your questions to the things you don't know shows you don't want to learn. In turn, you don't want to better yourself. In that case, you're totally happy with your life in every aspect, which can never be true.
Ask any questions no matter how humiliating or "stupid" Because unlike the others around you, this shows you want to know more about your life.

This is really a very deep question, because in order to answer it properly we have to work from a considered definition of stupidity - and I've never read a philosophical analysis of the concept of stupidity.
I want to answer yes, certainly - but I need to back that up with a list of sorts of stupid question (preferably with examples).
Here at Yahoo Answers there are two main categories of stupid question: the unintentionally stupid, and the intentionally stupid - of course, it isn't always clear which of those categories a stupid question belongs in.
On the other hand, perhaps it can be argued that there is really only one category, and that there is really no such thing as an intentionally stupid question (that is, that asking an 'intentionally stupid' question is itself an unintentionally stupid act).
It has to be admitted that stupidity is not invariably a result of low intelligence - even the brightest of us are capable of stupidity.
It has just occurred to me that we have to say that nobody who is being serious ever *intends* to act stupidly or to ask a stupid question.
But this is not answering your question.
Offhand, I can think of the following sorts of stupid question:
1. Questions that are based on mistaken assumptions. Example: Who's the President of Australia? mistakenly assumes there is such an office.
2. Questions that ask for information nobody could possibly have. Example: When will antigravity be discovered?
3. Questions that commit an obvious 'category mistake'. Example: What color is Tuesday?
4. Questions that confuse concepts that only a stupid person could confuse. Example: In geometry, what are the three sorts of rocks?
There are probably lots more.
It's true, as Jon Ting says below, that the purpose of a seriously intended question is to learn. But it's also true that if there are no stupid questions then there is no such thing as stupidity - and do we really want to say that?

If you've read many of the questions here, then the answer is obviously yes. Some people seem to be having a contest of who can come up with the most inane or non-sensical question.
If you were only asking about serious questions, then the answer would be no. But if the person sets out to ask a stupid question, I think it's clearly possible to succeed.

obviously not in here...this is a place meant for people asking all sorts of things, some people are serious , some people just want to have fun, some people want to read other people´s opinions...since we dont know each other we dont know the purpose of the question so we cannot tell if the question is stupid or not...Anyway to judge a question stupid is to say that whoever asks it is stupid, that is to judge someone u dont even know, that is not fair so let´s all be friends!!!

There are no stupid questions, only not asking a question is stupid.

Unless you ask a stupid question, then it is a stupid question and therefore to others who read that question would then believe that that question is a stupid question. : )

I dont think there is a stupid question. Some may be just...really obvious. Or just really...er...strange. But not stupid.

Yep. Like that one ;-)
Some people ask questions that can be easily answered in a few seconds with Google or Yahoo.
And many people ask questions that they could answer themselves with just a few minutes of thought.

No matter how smart you are, there is always someone smarter than you who might consider your question stupid.
