Tell her that you're losing interest and it's unfair for her to continue the relationship and let her know that at this point you think she deserves someone better than you who can dedicate and give more than you could. Tell he it's not about her, it's about you - you're trying to figure out what you want in life and it shifted your priorities and that she's not one of them.
Being honest is the most you can offer her and do not apologize for her feelings because you know that she will find a man that can make her smile and happy better than the best you can do at this moment. I truly hope you understand. -WowW!

For one thing: DON'T SAY: "We need to talk", or "Listen...There's someone else..", or don't EVEN think about the "over computer/phone" thing. Just take her out someplace nice and be polite and sweet and after a long, nice, relaxing date, let her know that you can't stay with her anymore. Then tell her the EXACT reason. Tell her that it's not her, It's just _________. [unless it is her..BE NICE ABOUT IT!!!]

Tell her gently, let her know that there is no future in your relationship and that it is better for you two to go separate ways. If she tries to hold you back try explaining her that sooner or later it is going to happen anyway. She should understand that it's better for her to move on and find someone who is maybe better for her.

next time you are out with her have your friend call you and pretend to have a horrible conversation... then convince her that her parents were in a horrible accident... Then tell her you were just kidding, but then tell her you are breaking up with her... she wont take it as badly then

let her catch you cheating
or my favorite
tell her u dont want to be together then block her number
and dont answer her phones
