It can be a good thing if the other person is prepared. I had an aggressive boyfriend kiss me and he chipped my front tooth,so make sure you both are ready for the kiss at the same time....

It depends on the mood. If things are mellow, then it could probably come off as fake... but if you're really getting hot and bothered, then it sounds kind of nice actually.
