not eating will only make it worse. You should get yourself a Multi-Vitamin like Geritol Complete even if you don't like vitamins you should take them at least a week before your period until it starts. and never take any vitamins or medicine on an empty stomach.

Ouch! Sounds like an ovarian cyst. Unfortuanatly, I have had a few. Your doctor can diagnose you. They are usually treated by a high dose of birth control (in my case.) Don't worry, they are usually harmless! Hope you feel better! Try a warm bath or a heating pad.

Try taking 200mg of Vitamin B6.This simple and cheap remedy is surprizingly effective for most women. B6 is not toxic because it is water soluble--if you get more than you need, you pee it out. If you take it at night it can keep you awake though. If this doesn't work, try taking dong quai herb. But first make sure you are not pregnant.

You probably have a cyst. They are pretty common. You can try birthcontrol but talk to your gyno. Also ask if you could be checked for polycystic ovaries. Hope this helps and you can also research polycystic ovaries (try going to webmd.com)

My friend had irregular periods and had extremely bad cramps so she went on birth control and it regulated her period and stoped the pain. Talk to your gyno again and see if that is an option for you.
