It all depends on the size of the court docket and local court rules regarding time for the other side to respond (or move to remove the case from small claims to a general civil docket). A month wouldn't be unreasonable, but the local court should be able to tell you how long until you get a court date.

record a plaintiffs action of dismissal with the court. no longer positive about the legal experts prices. i'd guess that if the choose approves the action for mismissal (which they in many circumstances do if the plaintiff requests it), then any movements or funds linked with the case may be brushed aside besides. besides, considering no criminal specialist is needed in small claims courts, I dont imagine that criminal specialist prices are commonly granted or maybe an argument. except for sure the court filing prices for the filing and next motions may nevertheless stand.
