As for the stomach thing... crunches, running, cardio and swimming. And no offence, trust me I'm the last person to be talking about weight, but at 5 feet tall, you could lose a few more pounds and be maxed out. 110 was on the THIN side for you, but not bad, good luck.

First I'm just going to say these are things I "read". Sit ups don't always work because it builds the muscles outward. Also I heard that bell peppers are good for eating away stomach fat. Personally I try and hold my stomach in as long and as many times a day as possible. It really tones and it's also good for your back muscles.

You could just do sit ups and crunches. Dont stress yourself over it. Besides, stress causes the belly fat. Try this stuff on tv called Cortisol. Its made specifically for belly fat. My mom takes it and it works for her. Anyway, in the mean time, flaunt what you got honey. You now have "more" for everyone to love!! Good Luck

I have the same problem. I like my thicker body but have a bit too much belly. I've been using an ab-roller. Maybe that will work for you too...

do a lot of sit ups and crunches and eat dairy for a slimmer waist.

just focus on ur mid section... i rcomend a work out ball, they make sit ups or side sit ups very easy...
