Face of Mankind. Its a differen't kind of shooter. Its a shooter and a MMORPG. The thing I liked most about it was the freedom and the factions. It was much, much more than any other shooter could ever be.
Second, probably Counter Strike Source... or maybe SWAT 4...

Counterstrike is pretty cool, and F.E.A.R. has a good online multiplayer.
