You can't buy an island in the Caribbean. Period. Now; you can by "land" in any country in the Caribbean, for that you need to have $. not necessarily a millionaire.

For example in my country a dollar is about 30 Dominican pesos, so $300,000 Dollars can buy you a nice piece of land, depending on the location too.

Good luck trying to buy Cuba. I'll sell you an island in Louisiana. Of course, it's only an island during the rainy season.

You can't buy land in Cuba...Fidel doesn't allow it. You would have to be a billionaire to buy an island anywhere else in the Caribbean.

If you have enough money to buy an island, you are not poor so why do you say you do not have a lot of money?
