A ***** was originally aterm for a bundle of sticks tied together.
It is also a British term for a cigarette and an underclassman who does all the grunt work for a Upper Form Boy.
In metalurgy, a fagort is a pile of metal bars to be worked by hammering.
A faag is also a term in stitching for the last remnant and worst part of anything. It was not such a leap to turn this term towards people who act in a deviant way (gays).

A ****** is a bundle of sticks, it has been used as a derogatory term for homosexual males (because the bundle of sticks reference a group of male genetalia together). I've only heard it used properly once, all the other times I've heard it, it's been used to describe someone's sexual orientation. That's probably the most common way it's used, if I had to guess.

****** is a derogatory term for people who are homosexual. It's a shame that people are still so ignorant as to belittle others whom they don't understand. :(
The world would be a much better place if we could all just learn to accept people as fellow human beings anyway they choose to live their lives!

technically a "******" is a bundle of sticks. however, we use the term today to describe someone that is homosexual or gay--or a lot of times people will just call a person by that name to be mean.
