Depends....which Alien and which Robocop?
Say movie #1 on both....I'd say Robocop, we at least saw him through most of the movie. Although that acid blood thing of an Alien might mess with Robocops circuitry.
Say last known movie of either (including AVP) I'd go for that Alien queen hands down.

Robocop! He was very close to being shot to death when he was a human, then he became a cyborg. Then, he was sliced into pieces and he's still alive.

Robocop would win against one Alien.. but there would be a whole mess of them there and hell they would swarm robocop and smah his suit all to hell. the Aliens would win

Alien....hands down. alien could just slice robocops head off. and if robocop wounded Alien, he'd get the acidy blood on him an die.

If you're referring to the first Robocop film, then yes he'd win. In subsequent films and the risible TV series he was hampered for the censorship required to keep it suitable for the teen market so tended to be more economic in his use of the 'arm cannon'. So then Alien, who has no such restraints.
