Is going to hell one of the worst that could happen to a person when they die? If it is.. Why dont you just leave homosexual people alone, and be happy and content just knowing that when they die they will have an eternity with the devil? We know were going to hell so why not leave us alone?

If you dont want to answer the "uneducated" question thats fine! All day I have had christians tell me I am going to hell for being homosexual.. So I want to know if that is true why dont you just be happy knowing that I am going to hell when I die and you will never have to see me in your heaven! I am asking a question!! I am asking opinions.. This is what this site is for.. would you rather me ask some random question "why do lesbians use sex toys"

Im sorry but you cant care for our souls.. If you cared, The topic of religion would never be brought up, because you know that this so called god doesnt like our ways, and as someone who cares for our souls, you wouldnt want to see us hurt.

My QUESTION "for the christians that insist on coming here" I dont get it.. you dont like our lifestyle yet you come in here and read questions and answers that have explecit things in them.. I dont understand why you would want to come here.. But you obviously took that out of content! I have had today 18 christians tell me that I am going to burn in hell.. This is why I wanted to know.. Gees! answer the question and quit with the judging of the question and the person asking it!

Ok.. I understand that christians want to "save our souls" but what if we dont want saving? What if we dont believe in heaven or hell or god or jesus christ? You believe, I dont! there is no right way or wrong way.. its a matter of choice, and in no way should anyone that believes in god, jesus christ push that onto other people! Im sure you wouldnt appreciate it, if a homosexual tried to push there "ways" onto you!

Basically, they have to condemn/convert people whom live/think/are different than them. People who believe in simplistic religions have dualistic views of reality (Everything is Black or White. As far as they are concerned: Their religion is the ultimate truth; anything else is not only wrong, but also blasphemy! Simply by existing and challenging their beliefs, you open up the tiniest door that they could be wrong. This is terrifying for them. These people have staked their entire outlook and sanity on a simplistic religion that must be taken on faith. If you open up the possibility that they could be wrong, their entire universe, tilts on its axis and is in danger of compete destruction. They would literally snap. That is why religious types have to try to convert everybody. Simply by existing outside their religion, you prove their religion isn’t the universal ultimate answer.
Of course they will say, “We are concerned for your soul”. As a matter of historical fact, they are so concerned that they will torture and kill you to “save” you r soul. Which is complete lie - because they send themselves to hell by doing so. Yet they have murdered and tortured and oppressed/condemned millions. (Maybe billions) in their pathetic attempt to defend their paper thin, indefensible concept of reality. They murder and oppress to control, not to “do good”.
On my better days, I feel pity and try not to think so harshly of them. On my worst days, they seem like escapees from “The Planet of the Apes”.

to answer the few questions you have up:
Is going to hell one of the worst that could happen to a person when they die? - YES
Why dont you just leave homosexual people alone, and be happy and content just knowing that when they die they will have an eternity with the devil? -
***Would you leave a stranger alone to die if you knew you had a way for them to live?
***A true christian will take no pride in watching someone say "We know were going to hell so why not leave us alone?"
*** If you believe in hell then you must believe in heaven. And you know what the experience is expected to be like in both places. So why would you choose the devil?
The thing that people don't get about believing in the Lord is that he is all about "OBEDIENCE". There are many christians around the world that get this concept. Some of them are former lesbian or gay people. Once they started reading the bible and strengthening their relationship with the Lord they chose to "Obey" the Lord's commands and learn from his teachings. which meant walking away from not only gay or lesbian relationships but from all things that are not of the Jesus walk on the earth. Being gay or a lesbian are only a couple of the many things that would need to be looked at when strengthening your walk with the Lord.
By the way, we christians are on this website to do the same thing other people do, share opinions, hear them and hey, sometimes we stumble across questions that seem to just call out to us. "FOR THE CHRISTIANS THAT INSIST IN COMING HERE!!" ;) God Bless.

I want to help people realize that they have a bad picture of God. God loves you! Even if you don't believe in him. If you except Jesus Christ into your heart you will go to heaven you'll be forgiven for all your sins. And Christians who believe the truth should know that! Please don't be upset that I implied that homosexuality is a sin. To me it is but I've never been in love with someone who is the same sex as me. I will never be content with the idea that homosexual people will spend eternity in hell (which I do believe is the worst thing that could happen after death) I want you to spend an eternity in heaven. IF YOU BECOME A CHRISTIAN YOU WILL NOT SPEND ETERNITY IN HELL! If you don't trust my word ask a gay christian.

Oh, how sad. I'm not going around telling homosexuals they are going to hell. They are going around telling me I'm judgemental, but I'm not saying anything!
I just beleive in the bible. I beleive in God. I am happy and content, but its not because I know someone else is going to hell. How could that ever make someone happy?
And yes, going to hell is the worst thing that could ever happen, because it is eternal. Being gay doesn't get you into hell, turning away from god gets you there. People were gay when jesus was around. He didn't hate them, or curse at them. He loved them, like he loves everyone.
Why should I be attacked for being a christian? What did I do to you? That's like saying that all gay people are drag queens. All christians are not right wing conservatives. There is still such a thing as trying to be like jesus in all ways. That includes loving others, even though you may not love their choices. And yes, acting out on your internal impulses and urges is a choice, no matter how natural they are.

The reasons Christians say thing like that is to make you think about spending an eternity in hell. It is a bad thing. A Christians job is to minister the word of Jesus and God, to help people and teach them to lead a better life. I love God and Jesus very much, but because of my bi lifestyle, i can not consider my self a TRUE CHRISTIAN, because I am not living a "Godly" life.
And yes, going to he!! is the worst that can happen when you die.
I know that when I am done with my "WILD" stage that I will go back to church, ask for forgiveness for my sins and try the best I can to lead a good life, including ministering to others. i can not preach because I don't lead a life to preach about.
Christian will never "Leave us alone" because they love us, and they want to see us in the Kingdom of Heaven, and by leading the life that gays lead, gays will not go to Heaven.
I still talk to my pastor all the time, he knows what I do. He prays for me daily, and I love him for it. I just don;t want to settle down right now.

Not all Christians are intolerant idiots. I belong to the Episcopal Church and we accept people of any sexual orientation. And for the record, Christians have just as much right to "come here" as anyone else. PLEASE don't generalize. There are hundreds of denominations because there are hundreds of different ways to interpret God's words and the words of God's son Jesus Christ. What Christianity should present to the world is a united front that extends God's love to everyone. People forget that Christ said the only commandment that matters is the one He gave, which is simply "Love one another." Please don't be as bad as the "Christians" who have fallen off the true path of faith and enlightenment through Christ. God is the one true judge, and if He judges against people for acting the way that He created them to be, then He is not the God I know and worship.

First of all, I am a christian, but I do not have no right to judge you, no one does but God, the only thing we are to share with you is the gift God is giving you from Jesus Christ, No one is any better than anyone else, don't sell yourself short, don't assume you are going to hell, hell is a terrible place, and God does not want his children to go there, I encourage you to seek whats in your soul and not to listen to everyone elses rules, you can have your own personal relationship with God.

Yes it is the VERY WORST thing that could ever happen to you.
We as Christians want everybody to be saved and go to heaven, It is our prayer that not one person die and go to hell. Why do want us to leave you alone? As christians it is our job to spread the gospel and to win souls for Christ. I take it that you have NO idea about how bad Hell is, you need to watch that movie that Bro. John Hagee recommends on TBN it is Escape from hell. that might change your mind!!! I hope so any way.

You assume we would be happy that homosexuals are going to Hell. On the contrary, we care for their souls.
I find it funny that we are asked to leave you alone, when all we are doing is answering questions.
If you have been attacked by someone who claims to be a Christian by a question, I am sorry. It should not be that way.

Honey, there IS NO HELL. Period.
But you sound as though you are quite worried about this mythic place. Follow the link below and you'll understand what the bible REALLY SAYS ABOUT BEING GAY OR LESBIAN.
Ignore the manic bible thumpers. That's ALL they're doing: thumping and hoping for a rabbit to stick its head out of its hole to smash it. Ignore them. They are, without a doubt, the most ill-informed and hate-filled peope you will find anywhere. They hide behind a very thin veil of love and compassion. They have neither in their being.
Just check out the link. And learn to be happy, free and joyful ... all without the fear of recrimination or some mythic deity these people purport to serve and obey.
Best Wishes!

I agree that you should be left alone. The world can perhaps be even curler than hell.
Being homosexual doesn't prevent you from being Christian. Whether you're going to hell or not. There are some Christians going to hell; as there are false ones, just as there are false homosexuals.
