i kno how to dance, but would like to kno how to break dance, or krump (clown), i want to battle wit ma friends who kno how to krump, i like how u can express urself, nd hav fun too! i would lik to kno of music to get buc, step by step on how to krump(clown) or break dance, nd i all ready know of da movie rize nd everythin

Telephone book, or local teen-oriented newspaper. Look under dance schools. If there are any b-boy/girl performances in your area, go to them, and ask the performers where they take class. i just got a great referral for my son who is an avid hip-hop/krunk (not krump)/b-boy.
You can watch movies in the meantime, like "Rize" which is about krunking and clowning, and You Got Served, which has more hip-hop and breaking.

No, but I think you could learn it by watching a Jessical Alba movie called, HONEY. She teaches and does hip hop dancing in it. It's a fun movie to watch. I have watched it twice!
