Is 34B the avergage size for a 13 year old (who just turned 13) or is it small or big?

I would say just about right ... perhaps on the big side of average, but not that much.
You can get some idea of expected breast size by looking at female relatives in your family, especially those that have a similar body type as you. Not exact science, but gives some idea.

lol, well it really depends on your height, weight, and even your family history! So what may be normal for you, may not be so normal for someone else. But at 13 it is not a good age to be worrying about ur boob size! You are still growing.~* =)

Gah... Im about that size..and 14 :o I say average though.. :) Dont worry about it... even though thats a bit hipocritical of me, because I am. Try not to!

its pon the biggish side. but it really depends on how long you've been growing. what i can tell you is i'm fully grown at 36D and thats considered huge!

I'd assume around 85th percentile. I don't look at many young girls too closely, so I can't be so sure.

You should not be thinking about your boobs at 13 you should be thing what college you are going to attend and what grades you need to get in to It.

thats what i am, and im exactly twice your age, so i think its big.
