They may be swollen mammary glands (are you close to getting your period?) or they may just be a sign of irritation. (This happens a lot in the summer due to sweat between your skin and bra.)
I'm sure it's completely normal and nothing to worry about, some women have bumps all the time. It's just the way their nipples are :)
But tell me, are the bumps actually on the nipple or on the area surrounding the nipple called the areola?
(I'm a CNA...not trying to be inappropriate, just trying to help!)
If you're uncomfortable giving any more details, see my source list for good websites that might put you at ease.
UPDATED RESPONSE:::::::
I meant are you close to getting your period for the month? As in, are you about to start? Sometimes your nipples can become irritated right before your menstrual flow begins.
I'd say that these are normal bumps, but w/o a physical examination and an M.D. after my name that doesn't mean much. I suggest that you see a doctor if these bumps don't disappear in the next couple of weeks. It's most likely nothing, but one can never be too careful.
And I know it's uncomfortable to see a doctor about this stuff, but trust me your doctor has seen it all and will know what's up. If you're just uncomfortable with the doctor you have now, think about switching. The relationship you have with your physician is one of the most important ones you'll ever have. You should be able to confide in them and trust them implicitly. (Consider a female doctor if this would make you more at ease. There are plenty of options out there!!)
I wish you the best of luck, and again: Don't worry! Most bumps on the human body are normal!!

I think its normal because i'm alittle younger and have the same thing. only i diden't count them. lol.
I am not comfortable with my doctor like that either and don't want to have that appointments in a year or so or whatever were they have to search for breast cancer, it seems disturbing.

Normal bumps. They'll come and go as your hormones change. It could also be little pockets of fat...also very normal.
