What do you think of Hoopalicous?
Anyway, to your question- do you know the person's email address, or at least what it used to be? Do you know anyone in the person's family that you could contact? Did the person tell you, in the past, how to find him/her, if you want to? If you know name and appoximate age, you could go to 411.com or the post office, or even dmv, fill out some papers and pay a fee.
