Offer them a future, Most companies get employees and keep them for maybe 4-5 months until they move onto bigger and better things. but if you offer them a future with your company not only will you get dedicated employees but they will stick around longer.

Contact your local Department of Labor. Ask everyone you know if they know anyone that is looking for a job. Ask your existing customers if they know anyone that is looking for a job. Also, ask your current employees if they know anyone.

Contact a "Temp Service".... and you keep the best ones.

You get what you pay for....... pay them poorly and they will do the same to your customers...... so much for you business!
