No my breasts don't hurt at all, it's just both nipples and I feel like they're a little bit bigger than usual.

nipples are very sensitive. i dont know what it means,you might wanna call your doc.

it may be natural hormonal changes. sometimes the breast and nipples may hurt and other times just the nipples (that has also been my experience) you may want make sure you don't try any new scented soaps for a while they can be a cause of irritation. you may also want to make sure you have good support from your bra. because your nipples can become more sensitive due to horomone changes your bra can actually work against you and aggrevate the problem if not adjusted correctly.

my nipples are hurting really bad i m not has it sucked them too hard. I cant even wear a bra it s just too much painful. There is a crack and white discharge i can see. Please suggest me something asap. I can not take the pain at all. dont knw what to do.

i know what u mean sometimes that happens when u wear a sh1t without a bra. I'd say take some advil and but a comfie bra on.
for some woman it means there period is coming
