if you are talking about internet cache, and you are using IE, then click on tools, internet options, and on the firt pane click on delete files, and then delete cookies.
If you want to make sure you get them all, download ccleaner, it is free and will delete all that stuff at once

Tools> Internet Options
When I Clean my PC I always:
Delete Cookies
Clear History
Disk Cleanup
Clear Cache
And time to time:
Disk Defragment

On your "Toolbar" at the top of Internet Explorer, go to TOOLS, then choose, INTERNET OPTIONS, then choose the TAB (General) and click on CLEAR INTERNET HISTORY.

...im tired....what cache? you can clear the prefetch folder by going to C:\windows\prefetch, press ctrl+A and then press delete......
