There is always surgery...cosmetic surgery, and dental work. I look like a 14 yr old, but I am 28 about to turn 29.In my family, everyone looks younger than their ages...my 83 yr old grandmother looks more like 60, and my 57 yr old ,mother looks like a 39 or 40 yr old, all of my aunts and uncles look at least 10 to 20 yrs younger than they really are...our secrets to looking young are get to bed before midnight, eat a lot of garlic, or garlic pills not necessarily with food, eat onions, extra virgin olive oil, and exercise everyday except for on Sundays...don't let a day pass without having a good hardy laugh, even if there is nothing to laugh about FAKE IT...we also practice tai chi (Yang & Wu Shu styles )...yoga is also very relaxing...FACE CREAMS: alpha hydroxy, and striVectin-SD

Yoga and meditation increase circulation in mind and body, which can slow the effects of aging. Regular yoga practice can also delay the "shrinking" that comes with age, since your spine is elongated on a regular basis.

Specifically for the skin, I'd recommend moisturizing every day. Even if you're in a humid climate and your skin doesn't feel dry, trust me this helps. :)
