Bit tough. Nearly all happen through enzymes (and a few through ribozymes) and I am not aware of any list of all the reactions that are not catalyzes by enzymes (or ribozymes)

although I strongly disagree with the part that suicide enzymes are not real catalysts and that such a reaction is uncatalyzed.

not sure if I know a list, but you can look at the redox state of many things such as vitamin C non-enzymaticly.
