The best advice I can give you is to get in and do it. You hold the clutch, start the car, while your foot is on the clutch and the brake, put the car in 1st gear to go forward, then rev it up to around 3500 to 4000 rpm, then while holding the gas steady, slowly let off of the clutch. once you get moving it is a lot easier, then you can get a feel for exactly how much gas you need to give it before you let the clutch out. when you let go of the clutch completely, and you need to go faster, then put the clutch in again and shift into second, but this time slowly put the gas pedal in as you are letting the clutch out. also make sure you do this in a large open parking lot so you can get going without hitting anyone or anything, so you can focus on driving. Dont get discouraged if you stall it, everyone does the first time. Just keep trying.

the best and only way to learn,,is to get in a car that is a standard shift,,but have someone in there that know,s how to drive one with you,,and start learning to drive one,,there is no way anyone on here can explain it to you,,because every car will drive a little different,,in it,s own way,,if you have a friend that has one,,ask them to teach you,,maybe they will,,just be carefull,,when your learning,,and don't get frustrated with it,,it,s easy after you learn it,,good luck with this,,i hope this help,s you.

It's probably not the best idea to learn how to drive online.
Have a friend teach you, and keep practicing. You'll get it.

if you have to ,and can afford it , rent a car with a stick for a day and have someone teach you.
