For butt and thighs:
You want to do as many squats as possible every day (this can be done at home) as well as biking, running and elliptical exercises at the gym.
For acne:
You really want to eat as many leafy greens as possible.
Always clean off your makeup before bedtime. Avoid using heavy amounts of foundation and concealer that prevent your skin from breathing.
Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.
Stress, caffeine, chocolate are all factors in acne.
Use a good quality, reputable cleanser for your face. It doesn't have to be expensive, just something that has a good name.
AVOID fried/oily foods at all costs.
Wash your face at least twice daily, not including showers.
Use a toner to help absorb up some of the oil.
Don't TOUCH your acne and don't fiddle with too many different products, your skin gets upset.

Well this problem must effect all heathers because I'm one too! If you have major acne problems and want to spend the money, proactiv is great and will really help a lot. If you want a home remedy, try using rubbing alcohol once every other day. As far as the butt goes, don't worry about it ;) I know it makes you self consious (as I have one too) but guys prefer a nice shape more than a flat nothing... so that might pay off for you in the future. As for the thighs, I have those too. I do a lot of dancing/running ect to try and get rid of some of the excess, and other than doing like leg lifts and things, there's not a lot to be had for it. Don't miss out on all the fun though... this is what I tell myself when I go to a pool: No matter how self-consious I feel, there's always going to be someone there who looks way worse than me in a swimsuit! if that doesn't work, it's cute to get like a bikini top and a pair of boy-shorts (swimtrunks) - I know PacSun makes some really cute ones. My friend has them, and I think they look great on her! I hope this helped a little :) Good Luck!
Below is a link for PacSun - their boardshorts are actually on sale right now :) A little expensive usually, but they hold up for a long time!

Ok. Take a deep breath.
Acne: have you tried a cleanser and moisturizer with salicylic acid? I use clean and clear oil-free dual action moisturizer. I also use Mary Kay velocity cleanser. Mary Kay also makes an acne cream and toner. Find a consultant in your area and give it a try. Go to www.marykay.com.
Thighs and butt: First of all, they are not as big as you think. You are just comparing them to other girls. The only way to minimize these areas is to lose weight overall. Try counting your calories and reducing the amount of calories you eat by about 50 each day. You can also try jogging or walking daily for exercise.
Good luck!

For your acne....
-Try a good acne cleanser like proactive, or Serious skin care
-Don't over wash, over exfoliate--this could irritate your skin causing more acne
-Use a facial moisturizer suitable for your skin type. If you don't moisturize your skin will naturally produce more oil, thus causing more acne
-Use oil blotting sheets to get rid of oil/shine. Don't continually pile on the powder
-Drink plenty of water, and eat plenty of fresh veggies
-Take vitamin E
For your butt and thighs:
-Exercise. Do cardio for at least 30 min 3-4x a week. Do lunges and squats, try pilates or yoga. Swimming/aquasize would be great too. If you feel insecure, wear board shorts.
-Diet. Eat well balanced meals, about 6 small meals a day rather than 3 larger meals. This will help rev up your metabolism. Don't skip meals, starve yourself, or go on fad diets but try to aviod anything white (white breads, pastas, etc.)
If you are a teenager or younger I'm gonna b*tch slap you...you're too young to be so worried. It's all just hormones and you'll grow out of it as long as you take care of yourself!!!!
If nothing works, learn to love yourself. Best of luck :)

Diet and exercise. You must find the right balance between the two. You will have to accept yourself and the understanding that your body is what you have done to it. This can be reversed but only to a certain extent (depending on the amount of time you've been at your current weight). Do enough research before beginning a weight loss program because if you do it incorrectly you may pay for it with myriad detrimental results.

The best thing I could say is to find a dermatologist and ask for a free consultation. He/she might be able to explain to you what needs to be done about your acne. About your butt and thighs, just work out. There are many things you can do but the trick is... to get up and actually do them.

Phisohex may help. There are also great stuff that you can get from a dermatologist to take this away. Keep your hands off your face! That can make it worse.Keep shaving the legs. For big thighs, try riding a bicycle machine or going for regular daily long walks.

For the acne try going to a dermatologist- they might put you on accutane- its a huge process and a big committment, but its worth it. it helped me. As for losing weight, the best way to lose weight in your hips and butt is walking, and once you're used to walking start running. Really the only way to lose weight in those areas is cardio. Good luck

your diet might help the acne...eat healthy?....and if you would stop stressin out about your legs that would probably help too. stress is a large contributor to acne. just so you know i know some beautiful people with acne and chubby legs. it doesn't make you who you are.
