Sportsstar, dont call us a great team until we make at least the quarterfinals again, or the semifinals. A good team, yes. A great team, NO. Yes, we did have an off world cup, and some bad luck, and if we had played our best I believe we would have advanced past the group stage, but still, there is no way we will match up to the words very best for a good few years. And, to answer the actually question, I can believe it, but I also believe that when we were in the top ten, it was unjust, unfair, and a bunch of crap. Being in the top twenty, yes, I do think we deserve that. But...the rankings before the tournament were just awful. Us and Mexico were way up there, but mostly because CONCACAF is probably the weakest of all qualifying regions, with an exception of Oceania and maybe Asia's, depending on who you ask. Hopefully the new ranking system will be more apt at deciding which teams are TRULY the best.

Why can't you believe it???? Their a great team they just had an off time in the world cup. I mean not many teams can be doewn by three goals in the second half and totally come back and win it. Another thing too, America is the only team that didn't lose to Italy in the world cup. I mean it wasn't a win but no other team can say that they tied with Italy. Can they???

These new rankings seem more accurate, but still... England above Germany?
Don't get me wrong, I'm an Italian fan and I like the English team a lot, but if, as they say, they also took into account the World Cup results, Germany did a much better job than England...
And Brazil kept their first place... good for them!
