This is for any phoenix Arizona resident. I have passed by a building on 16th street Thomas in Phoenix. It is quite artistic. It looks like a hispanic painting.
It's very colorful and it looks like there is a rather interesting story to it. There is not enough room to give details, but does anyone know the story behind the painting or know where I can find out some information about it?

It may look like a hispanic painting but it is not. If you would look closer on the details of the painting you will see the real story about that painting. I dont want to say anything about it, see it again then you tell your interpretation to anyone, in person, who have seen it. If your an artist yourself they'll agree to your perception of the painting.
