how do put a song on my xanga site that people dont have.?

i have this song by kenny g. that i want to put on my site and i know now one else has it. i have it though but on my window media player. how do i give it a url name so i can put it on my site. ? please help anyone.

You can only legally put 30 seconds of the song on your site, just so you know.
