To quote the venacular: "You go girl!"
In other words, watch what you want to and not what others believe you should.

I love PBS. There are no comercials! (Except the donors, etc. they mention during the breaks.) The only time I don't watch it is when there is a fund drive - those are seriously boring. There is a ton of stuff to learn and you never get interupted by a comercial for toothpaste or food or diapers, etc. Good for you for watching it, you will be ahead of the game in terms of knowing what is going on in the world.

There's nothing wrong with watching PBS. Unfortunately, some people think only nerds or boring people watch PBS. See, some people don't know how to respect other people's likes and dislikes.

Watching PBS is a sign of intelligence - pity the fools who don't enjoy quality TV and only want to see murders and explosions!

I watch "Keeping up appearances", "Are you being served?" and "Monty Python's flying circus" on PBS. My local station has aired some interesting programmes about the region.

I watch a lot of PBS online... Frontline and NOVA. Mostly science and politics stuff.

It is the most reliable network toget your news from. They don't care about ratings, so there is no media sensationalism.

No, they have some of the best shows on tv. True not every one is equally interesting to watch...but some of them are great and make good conversation starters.
