Kane The Undertaker. The Kane part was quickly dropped though because of lack of fan support.

His real name is Mark Calloway, but when he first debuted in the WWF he was in fact The Undertaker.

Don't listen to the dude who said Texas Red. He debuted in WWF as Mark Callaway for a short stint. Never got involved in any storylines, simply was a guy who got some work in. Finally they found a gimmick.....next thing you know he is on WWF. Within less than a year of his debut, he defeated Hulk Hogan for the WWF title at Survivor Series '91. Then he lost the title 9 days later at Tuesday Night in Texas, a one night PPV (was very odd because it was scheduled on a Tuesday night).
