My desktop is hard wired to it and it works fine but my laptop has a wireless connection with the router...

Link quality and signal strength are both 100% but it still won't let me connect to the internet.

Can somebody help?

You don't go into enough detail with the question. So you will have to think about these. Has this connected successfully before? Have you been connected to another access point since that connection? Have any settings in the router been changed? And do the WEP encryption key values match?

If it's a Link Sys then here is their support page. If you call them they are very helpful!
