i have a 5 month old daughter and her father left us out of the blue....how do i mend this broken heart?

I am sure it is hard on you but you must carry on with your life. your daughter may sometimes ask you about her dad and i suggest you tell her the truth ,relationships should not be plagued by lies.
your biggest challange right now is to handle the situation with courage,you must fight your way through, get on with your job,bring up your baby nicely.
let me tell you that this tough time will nmot last that long and it is completely up to us to make or break our lives
