Try Jwpepper.com

They have lots of sheet music and audio samples!

Edit: I tried searching for you, I couldn't find anything. I am a musican and I am constantly looking for mp3's and sheet music online also. If this is a rare recording by John Arpin, and only by him, I highly doubt there is sheet music published to his version of the song unless there is a transcription somewhere, which are rare and prob not on the internet. The best deal if it is possible is to listen to the music and see if you can actually pick up what he is playing. It is good ear training!

Good luck to you! Sorry I couldn't find anything.

Since John Arpin is a contemporary artist, it's unlikely you will find his arrangement online for free (legally, anyway). However, the composition itself, WC Handy's "St Louis Blues," is now in the public domain, and there are at least two sets of online sheet music for it available through the "Popular American Music" digital archive at the UCLA Music Library. I have included the URLs below under "Source(s)" -- the first (piano + voice, with ukelele chords too) was published by WC Handy himself in 1914, the second (piano + voice based on recording by Handy's Orchestra) by Pace & Handy in 1918. On both of those pages, simply select the link "View Sheet Music" and the sheet music will appear in a new window (in PDF format -- Adobe Reader required).
