there is this one u can get from walgreens..i used it..its like this thing that lights up in and you put on your teeth..it works and lasts for like 6 months..and it really works..but i'm not sure of the name..go to walgreens i'm sure u'll find it

u take baking soda, lemons juice and course salt and rub it over your teeth. dont do it too much or you'll damage your tooth enamel.
