Yes I'm fat, but I support a multi-billion dollar industry in the world... weight loss products from exercise equipment I never use to hard back diet books I read half way through and throw on the bookshelf. Not to mention keeping McDonald's and the other fast food restaurants in business. Okay I'm just kidding. I am a big girl, but I hate fast food and actually use the exercise equipment I have. Oh, and I have a few diet books. I'd tell you the names of them, but it is too late to dust. Seriously the only book I have that I can recall off the top of my head is the SOUTH BEACH DIET... It works if you follow the guidelines and make the lifestyle change.

No, but only because I work out like a maniac (on my lunch break, I run the 28 flights of stairs at work, 4 times, at 6 or 7 floor intervals, other days I do weights or run three miles etc) and watch what I eat. It takes hard work to keep me from being fat, but I like to work hard!

fat (făt)
n.

The ester of glycerol and one, two, or three fatty acids.
Any of various soft, solid, or semisolid organic compounds constituting the esters of glycerol and fatty acids and their associated organic groups.
A mixture of such compounds occurring widely in organic tissue, especially in the adipose tissue of animals and in the seeds, nuts, and fruits of plants.

Animal tissue containing such substances.

A solidified animal or vegetable oil.

Obesity; corpulence.

The best or richest part: living off the fat of the land.

Unnecessary excess: “would drain the appropriation's fat without cutting into education's muscle” (New York Times).

Hmmm...well, by definition...nope...although I am apparently made up of some fat...and we have a huge garden and we farm...so I suppose I am living off the fat of the land....and this answer is pretty fat if we are talking about unnecessary excess...

But, to put it in a nutshell: Nope..just couldn't resist this question.

Mind your own business. Why would anyone want to ask a question like that?
