Moslems have been instigating such for a long time now. The militant Hindus (yes there are some) will strike back sometime soon, as soon as they figure out which group to hit. It is almost like the Mafia wars we've had in the US for decades.

Laskar e Toiba, and SIMI. Both receive training money and logistic support from Pakistan. These outfits are full of Pakistanis who are dismissed from army,(court martialled) are involved in rape or other cases.Pakistan gives them immunity if they can create nuisance in India.
