Try taking some compressed air and blowing the dust out of your computer. I did that, and my fans are a lot quieter now.

Many mainboards have a feature that regulates how fast the fans run, such that when the computer is relatively cool, it slows down and is quiet, and when it gets real hot, it speeds up the fans to cool it better. It gets hot when working hard, and so the fans would run faster at those times.

Cleaning the heat sink and the fans blades on the cpu will probably help.

Replace it before it fails.
Check your bios and see if there is a setting for fan speed. My bios has a setting that will signal an alarm thru the mobo speaker if my fan exceeds a certain rpm.
Your fan might be speeding up when it gets warmer. If you have a bad bearing...it'll make more noise as it speeds up.

It quite finally ends up on the way you experience about this difficulty.

If it is running louder and faster then normal, then you need to get that checked out right away. Or you whole system could end up in the trash. It's not a good sign, really.
