Second, I would definitely have to say Bush because he's the only one who can say that his lies hold enough sway to be translated into numerous different languages!

Okay, I read down about half way through these answers... most of you are a bunch of misinformed idiots... George Bush has not killed anybody... oh wait, there were those Aerican Civilians who were beheaded by Bush... George Bush is the better liar because a lot of people believe him.
However, I don't think he even knows he's lying half the time !
Most people don't believe Barry Bonds, thus making him a worse liar than GWB.

Good question - but I think it would have to be Bush since he managed to get more people to believe him than Bonds. Since Bonds has always had an attitude problem, nobody would believe anything he says. Bush - on the other hand - once upon a time was loved by close to 50% of the people in this country which just goes to show you that half the people can be wrong in any given situation.

wow, barry bonds is not nearly as evil as ppl claim he is. hes just the fall guy for MLB right now. and bush is less than a liar than any other president we've had in years (save for maybe reagan). but, of course, you wouldnt know anything about either of these two because u only listen to the liberal media. why dont u do some real research and quit trying to hang ppl with your biased lynchings

barry bonds because bush doesn't lie as much as the common people think he does, they just aparently listen to any idiot that can sell a story to the media and want to believe any biased story they read so they think he is lieing to them, but he isn't.
