It's good to have celebrity names on things because it gets people to look into these issues more and hopefully become active. For those who think Bono is just all talk, you need to know that he and his wife Ali spent time in Africa in 1985 helping and doing what they could for the poor. That's way more than most of us will ever do for them. Bono is truly a humanitarian. He was long before it was the in vogue thing to do. For that he is my #2 hero. Martin Luther King Jr. will always be #1 but I think Bono would agree.

I think he's a complete tool wasting his time when he could easily give up some of his hundreds-of-millions of dollars and help them by himself. He's just a wh0re hogging media attention. If he really wanted to help, he'd focus on bringing in Democracy, furthering education, and getting them to produce domestic products.

i think he is doing a wonderful job ,it is nice to see people care so much for others and not be selfish
