Nothing to me. Some people get off on asphyxiation and then they beat off due to the arousal of it.

UNC done a study of this in 1985. The study included males. They were masturbating while having their heads in a noose. Just about the time they would near climax they would lean into the noose to restrict blood flow and jump back before passing out. The rush of blood from both venues there, brain and penis, caused the most overwhelming climax they stated they had experienced.

From what I've read about things in regards to asphyxiation, it gives you a "high" which can be a turn on I suppose.

There's an adrenaline rush involved in losing your breath. That combined with masturbation turns some people on.

This actually happens. There are people who choke themselves to the brink of unconsiousness while masturbating because the feeling of lightheadedness enhances the feeling.

they both send your brain a rush of endorphins....when you choke, you get pleasure signals to the brain to protect you from the pain....when you masturbate, the pleasure signals are from an actual act of pleasure....but chemically, they are quite similar...
