Their isn't enough information in the question to decide on an answer. It depends on why the eye is momentarily closing more than how many eyes are doing the action.

A blink is to hydrate the exposed surface of the eye or clear away debris, and is normally an involuntary reaction.

A wink is made to signal information to another person who can understand the hidden meaning of the wink by body language and current context clues, and is a deliberate action.

Well, the difference between blinking and winking is that winking is about twice as long as a blink..so it all depends on how long the one eyed person is holding down there eye lid. It's common sense, really. jk

Blink is defined as the opening and closing of one or both eyes and winking is the closing and opening of one eye to convey a message. Seems to me they are blinking.

Great question lol!!!

It depends on if it's intentional or not. If you just close your eyes, than it's blinking just like if you had two eyes, but if it's a purposefully closed eye than I think it is a wink. Good question though!

i would say blinking, because winking requires keeping one eye open while th other one shuts, whereas blinking doesnt require keeping any eyes open.

Interesting question. I suppose the answer is related to intentions.
