I am 16 years old and now trying to teach myself how to become successful in life. I want to be rich and I am talking about 500 thousand and up. I understand it does not come easy. I am planning on going to collegue but I also know that this will only help to educate me but will not make me a millionaire. I come from a middle class family. One person I admire alot is the creator of girls gone wild videos, this man became wealthy early in his life, he also graduated from collegue, and he didnt spend his entire life studying.
Here are my questions:
Who is a self-made millionaire I can study that came from a middle class family?
What career should I think about getting into.. that will help me pursue my dream?
After I study for my career what would be best for me to do.. get in stock market, open a bussiness?

Educated answers only please

I am a college graduate, and now in graduate school....however I can tell you that your going about " getting rich " all wrong. Honestly.

If you think with that mentality .... your going to be doing whatever it is that you are doing for all the wrong reasons. You should really think about a few or narrow it down to a couple of things you are really " Interested " in or excited about because if your not interested or excited about what your doing career wise ...then it will get very old very quick and you will not be successful or useful to yourself much less anyone you work for....that is a promise. If you really enjoy doing something .....and your good at it & stick with it, I have seen people get rich from doing that, but only a a couple.

If you want to know the best investments and the best things that are going to always make $$$ no two ways about it, hands down, are : Science & Technology, and Medicine/Medical feild/Medical Research & Development

Take that ...and decide for yourself. I have a trust with money with investments in Nano-Technology and Carbon Nano Tubes which are making my trust grow 3 times as much as it did 11 months ago when I didn't have investments placed in those areas. Light Weight Materials are another good investment. ( My trust fund was about at/around 9 million dollars and with these investments it has grown to 14 million in 11 months )

So obviously it was the right investment choice I would say!!!

I go to school because I want to and because I still want to work doing something that I love to do even though I do not need to...I would be bored not doing something, and having a job that I love no matter what the pay is makes me happier and my mind sharper....I feel more fullfilled .. so you can either be successful at something you are really good at, or in.....OR be unhappy, miserable in a job you hate that will never make you the kind of money you want to make! Getting rich isn't easy..... it took my father a good 13 years before he started to see figures like that...but he worked his A** off, however he is doing something that he loves to do & has his own business that is successful ( which is what ultimately paid off fo him ) and you will need to as well but you have to know that it is not as easy as you think, because you seem like you really don't know how hard it is, but you can't even comprehend it because you aren't even out of your parents house & your 16 years old. It's very hard to do, but if your passionate about something, people will notice that.

Work hard for the things you love and want in life and they should come to you. Don't become greedy and don't think that you'll be rich by getting into the stock market or opening up a business....... those things fail everyday, the stock market is continually changing everyday...it's not one way or the other...with success comes failure ...the more success you have that much more you have to loose, be wise about the choices you make because once you do, you can't go back.

Hey, well you're kind of young but it's good to be ambitious. The best way I know is through the internet. I am what you call an internet marketer, or guy who works from his house. I love it. I'm my own boss and between me and you I made several hundred k last year. I use this one system to help me out. This kid is young, not quite your age, but he's like 23. He has this site where he sells his system for making money online. I bought it about a week ago to keep up on what's new in internet marketing and I have to say it kicks some butt.
If you really want to start making money on your own part time, then jump into my field. The website of the system is www.wealthycollegedropout.com. I think you'll like it. Check it out.
