I think neither.
Because some of the most successful and richest people in the world are not recognized when they go out.
And Carrot top and Gary Coleman are recognized but are they really successful?

Hmm..interesting..they both have different intentions. It would depend on what your company's products and/or services you provide. The first one states that if you are recognized that will = success. The latter states that if you are successful you will be recognized. I like the latter!
